Pleo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage high-volume, mid-to-senior hiring across the organisation. You will partner with teams in Tech, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Product and more to build proactive pipelines and ensure smooth, scalable recruitment processes.

You’ll own multiple searches, bring structure and pace to sourcing, and use data-driven approaches to improve hiring outcomes while championing inclusive practices across the team.

Qualificações

• Experience managing a high volume of mid-to-senior recruitment requisitions across multiple functions.
• Strong proactive sourcing with ability to build pipelines from scratch and engage passive candidates.
• Organised, structured recruitment process with attention to detail and multiple searches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate-centric approach.
• Data-driven recruiter using metrics to monitor pipeline health and improve outcomes.
• Willingness to use AI and tech like Claude to enhance research and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of mid-to-senior roles across functions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, and referrals.
• Develop repeatable sourcing processes to enable scalable hiring at pace.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and move searches from briefing to offer.
• Manage workload with prioritisation and strong organisation; keep candidates & stakeholders informed.
• Create engaging outreach to attract passive candidates and improve response rates.
• Utilise recruitment data and dashboards to identify bottlenecks and focus areas.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Sheets.
• Explore AI tools to improve research, sourcing and workflows in recruitment.
• Support effective technical hiring processes and assessments where relevant.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices throughout the process.
