Volkswagen Group Services Portugal invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Trainee position in Palmela. You will participate in full recruitment cycles across various roles, conduct structured interviews, and maintain the ATS to ensure compliance with VW Group policies.

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Sociology or related field (mandatory)
• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or internships preferred
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS tools is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing techniques is required

Responsibilities

• Participate in full recruitment cycle for assigned projects (headhunting, sourcing, screenings, interviewing, offers, pre-boarding)
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates on skills, experience and cultural fit
• Maintain and update ATS (SuccessFactors) and comply with local labor laws and VW policies
