Job summary

Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee for Palmela to support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. You will work with Success Factors ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and VW policies. English fluency is mandatory and a related degree is required.

The internship offers learning opportunities, exposure to multicultural teams, and potential for future roles within the VW Group.

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Sociology or related social field.
• Up to 1 year of internship/academic project experience in recruitment.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS, plus LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full recruitment cycle across various roles for the project(s) assigned (headhunting, sourcing, job posting screening, interviewing, job offer management, negotiation and pre-boarding documentation).
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Demonstrates and promotes the Group’s core values (People Profile) or any future frameworks that reflect the company’s cultural and behavioral expectations.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Success Factors.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies from the VW Group.
