• Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably).
• Working experience in a similar role with other airlines (preferably).
• Team spirit and critical thinking.
• Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of IT platforms.
• Professionalism and ability to interact with leadership at all levels.
• Multicultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in the full cycle of employee processes: Attraction, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Retention and Development.
• Implement sourcing strategies, conduct assessments and interviews, and manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offers.
• Contribute to onboarding programs, coordinate orientation sessions, and improve processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify development needs to design and deliver training programs and support career plans with department managers.
• Utilize HR analytics to track and report recruitment and development metrics and provide insights.
• Drive employee engagement, satisfaction and retention through proactive issue resolution and open communication.

Hi Fly is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet. The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Development Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.

Central to the operational efficiency of our organization is the Talent Acquisition & HR Development Specialist position, a vital role dedicated to orchestrating seamless talent acquisition and development processes. This position plays a pivotal role in identifying skilled individuals through strategic initiatives. We are in search of a proactive and dynamic individual capable of navigating the complexities of talent acquisition and development within an evolving environment.

The reporting line for this position extends to the Talent Acquisition & HR Development Manager.

What will be your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other team members in the whole cycle of employee’s processes, from Attraction, Recruitment and Selection, to Talent Retention and Development;
• Implement sourcing strategies, conduct assessments and interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offers;
• Collaborate in the onboarding programs, coordinate orientation sessions, and enhance processes through continuous improvement initiatives;
• Identify development needs to design and deliver training programs, and collaborate on career plans with department managers;
• Utilize HR analytics for tracking and reporting on recruitment and development metrics, offering insights to enhance talent acquisition and development strategies;
• Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through proactive issue resolution, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting open communication channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, continually assess and enhance recruitment and development processes;
• Assisting in several activities related to the Talent Development area.

Some of our requirements:
