Capgemini Engineering seeks a focused professional to lead requirements management across multi-disciplinary projects in Portugal. You will develop the RMP, coordinate processes and support engineering teams in defining, tracing and validating requirements.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, experience in quality and configuration management, and fluency in Portuguese and English to collaborate with international teams.

Qualificações

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Requirements Management within engineering or complex projects.
• Experience with quality processes, traceability, verification and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and implement the Project Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• Coordinate requirements management across the project lifecycle and with stakeholders.
• Support engineering teams in requirements definition, allocation and verification.
• Perform requirements quality reviews for completeness, clarity and testability.
• Manage changes and support impact assessments with Configuration Management.
• Monitor compliance, evidence, audits and KPIs for Requirements Management.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the implementation of the Project Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• Establish, coordinate, and monitor the Requirements Management process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Engineering Teams in requirements definition, allocation, traceability, baselining, verification, and validation.
• Perform requirements quality reviews to ensure completeness, consistency, clarity, and testability.
• Manage requirements changes and support impact assessments in coordination with Configuration Management.
• Monitor requirements compliance and verification evidence, perform audits, and report Requirements Management KPIs.
• Coordinate requirements-related activities with customers, suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and other project stakeholders.
• Support the administration and maintenance of Requirements Management tools and repositories.
• Identify technical risks and opportunities, support mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with applicable project and quality processes.
• Capture and capitalize on Lessons Learned to promote continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in Requirements Management and its application within engineering or complex project environments.
• Experience in Quality Management processes, compliance activities, requirements traceability, and verification and validation.
• Experience in Configuration Management and change control processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
