This mid-senior level position requires a degree in Computer Science or Management and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory. We’re looking for a Business Operations Support professional who can bring added value to our projects. You’ll take ownership of operations within your area of expertise, managing your own resources. You’ll be responsible for ensuring profitability through effective staffing, upselling, contract renewals, and team leadership.
