Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Telecommunications sector.
• Experience managing network deployment and connectivity projects for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end telecommunications network projects, specifically focusing on the installation and delivery of network access services without customer-premises equipment deployment.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reports, and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Operate effectively in high-pressure environments, demonstrating strong stress management and problem-solving capabilities.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing network access deployment projects for enterprise customers, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Telecommunications sector.
• Experience managingnetwork deployment and connectivity/access projects for enterprise customers.
• Practical experience with one or more of the following methodologies: Agile; Scrum; Kanban; Waterfall.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities.
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Proficiency in project reporting and progress tracking.
