Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Information Security Consultant to join strategic cybersecurity initiatives across governance, risk, and compliance. You will work on cyber awareness, risk assessments, audits, and business continuity, contributing to ISO, PCI DSS, SOC, NIS2, and DORA programs.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong Portuguese communication, and a hybrid work model in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 3+ years implementing or supporting ISO 27001/ISO 20000/PCI DSS/SOC 2
• Experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practices
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments or compliance initiatives

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Cyber Awareness initiatives and campaigns.
• Support security governance policies, processes and procedures.
• Participate in projects related to security standards, regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct Information Security Risk Assessments and support risk mitigation.
• Assist in audits, ensuring follow-up of findings and remediation plans.
• Support compliance with ISO 27001; ISO 20000; PCI DSS; SOC 1 / SOC 2; NIS2 and DORA.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Information Security Consultant to join strategic cybersecurity and information security projects. This role offers the opportunity to work across security governance, cyber awareness, risk management, compliance, audit support, and business continuity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of Cyber Awareness initiatives and campaigns.
• Participate in projects related to security standards, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security governance policies, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct Information Security Risk Assessments and support risk mitigation activities.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring proper follow-up of findings and remediation plans.
• Support compliance initiatives related to: ISO 27001; ISO 20000-1; PCI DSS; SOC 1 / SOC 2; NIS2 Directive; DORA Regulation
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience supporting implementation or compliance activities related to: ISO 27001; ISO 20000; PCI DSS; SOC 2
• Understanding of Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or compliance initiatives
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
