1GLOBAL is seeking a Systems Operations Intern to join the Systems Operations team, a 2nd line technical support function working with Customer Services, Engineering, Product, and Platform Operations.

You will assist with incident investigations, provisioning failures, and operational issues affecting core platforms and services. This hands-on learning role builds practical experience in production systems, incident management, and service assurance.

Qualificações

• Degree in progress or recently completed in a technical field such as Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
• Strong interest in troubleshooting customer-facing services and production systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support investigation and troubleshooting of customer issues related to service provisioning and platform configurations.
• Assist daily case handling, monitoring, and incident follow-up across production systems.
• Learn and support the use of operational tools and ticketing platforms to validate and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex problems with clear technical findings to senior engineers and other teams.
• Maintain records of incidents, resolutions, and follow-up tasks in internal systems.
