Aubay Portugal is seeking an Operations Engineer/SRE with 3+ years of experience to monitor, maintain and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and performance in a hybrid work model.

You will use Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana and GitLab CI/CD, automate deployments with Ansible and Bash/Python, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and incident response.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, SRE, or Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, PostgreSQL, and scripting using Bash or Python.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, applications and production environments, with incident management and automation experience.
• Fluent English, with good communication and problem-solving, and an interest in AI tooling and modern infrastructure practices.
• Alignment with corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are valued.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, and daily commitment are appreciated.
