Aubay Portugal is looking for a Packaging Engineer to join our Porto team, shaping packaging strategies for critical systems and automation. You will package, test, and deploy applications while ensuring compliance with defined standards and processes.

You will work with PowerShell, MSI, MECM and Intune in a hybrid model, collaborating with clients and teams to deliver robust packaging solutions and a user-friendly app store experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar, with 3+ years as Packaging Engineer.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and Windows (Windows 10/11) proficiency.
• Proficiency in MSI packaging, packaging methods, MECM, Intune and PSADT.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Good communication, organization and problem-solving with a client-focused DevOps mindset.

What will you do?

• Package and integrate applications, ensuring qualification, testing, compatibility, and compliance with defined standards.
• Provide comprehensive technical support for applications across qualification, pilot, and production stages.
• Actively promote and implement packaging automation solutions, driving efficiency and adding value to customers and the team.
• Contribute to the evolution and transformation of processes for patch and package industrialization, embracing a DevOps mindset.
• Perform actions to adapt applications and packages to modern management techniques and deliver a user-friendly app store experience.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Packaging Engineer.
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Windows desktop environments (Windows 10/11) and Windows Servers.
• Proficiency in Windows Installer (MSI) technology, packaging methods, MECM, Intune, and Powershell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
• Experience in using ticketing systems such as Service Now.
• Good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a client-focused and DevOps mindset.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
