Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) and Microsoft 365;
• Strong knowledge of networking and security best practices;
• Experience with migration between Microsoft tenants (on-premises and cloud / O365);
• Knowledge of VoIP solutions;
• Experience with Fortinet solutions;
• Knowledge of server operating systems;
• Experience with troubleshooting tools such as PowerShell and scripting;
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex issues with external support teams, as well as prepare technical reports;
• Fluency in English (required);
• Availability for work outside regular business hours;
• Excellent analytical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and attention to detail;
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, VoIP, and applications;
• Support for on-premises migrations and cross-client migrations in the context of business acquisitions (O365 and Azure);
• Evaluation and implementation of new solutions aligned with the organization’s needs;
• Ensuring high system availability and performance;
• Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and Operational Agreements;
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of the technological environment;
• Direct interaction with end users and clients, translating business needs into technical solutions;
• Communicating with vendors, evaluating new products or solutions, and seeking their support when necessary;
• Tracking incidents and requests, ensuring their timely resolution.
