Your Mission Will Be

• Support the migration process from SCOM to Zabbix monitoring tool;
• Perform troubleshooting activities on systems and infrastructures, identifying and efficiently resolving incidents;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and system administration best practices;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proper functioning of implemented technological solutions.

You Will Need

• +3 years of experience as a System Administrator;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux;
• Experience with SCCM and preferably in migration/implementation projects of monitoring tools;
• Fluent in Portuguese (other languages are a plus);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
