Fyld is a Portuguese IT consulting firm seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join a growing team. You will install, configure and maintain IT systems, monitor infrastructure and provide technical support to clients in Portugal and the UK.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Professional experience in Windows systems administration and IT infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, virtualization and backup solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure and systems troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of English, B2 level minimum, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Sense of responsibility, rigor and proactivity.
• Willingness to learn, explore new technologies and take on new challenges.
• Availability to work in a 24×7 service environment.

• Supporting a portfolio of clients across Portugal and the United Kingdom.
• Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity and quality.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
• Identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, performance and operational processes.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Experience with Apache.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of iptables/firewalls.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Xen and others.
• Knowledge of email servers such as qmail, Postfix or similar.
• Additional experience in infrastructure administration and support.
• Previous experience supporting international clients or working in multicultural environments.

• Work model: During the first 12 months, the preferred model is on-site, with flexibility to work 4 days per week from the office. After the first 12 months, the model moves to 3 days per week from the office.
• Candidates should be based in Braga or surrounding areas and be comfortable with this working model.
• Availability: 24×7, according to the organization of the service.
