Fyld is a Portuguese IT consulting firm seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join a growing team. You will install, configure and maintain IT systems, monitor infrastructure and provide technical support to clients in Portugal and the UK.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Professional experience in Windows systems administration and IT infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, virtualization and backup solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure and systems troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of English, B2 level minimum, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Sense of responsibility, rigor and proactivity.
• Willingness to learn, explore new technologies and take on new challenges.
• Availability to work in a 24×7 service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Installing, configuring and administering IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitoring IT infrastructures and providing technical support.
• Participating in infrastructure projects and contributing to the implementation of new solutions.
• Analyzing and resolving incidents across IT systems.
• Providing technical support to clients via phone and email, ensuring effective follow-up of requests.
• Ensuring availability to provide 24×7 services, according to the organization of the service.
• Supporting a portfolio of clients across Portugal and the United Kingdom.
• Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity and quality.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
• Identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, performance and operational processes.
