Sonae Sierra is seeking a Sustainability Services Specialist to join our Lisbon office. You will lead the sustainability section of the Annual Report, coordinate inputs across teams, and manage external assurance for GRI indicators and Sierra-specific metrics.

You will develop client sustainability strategies, including materiality assessments, SFDR disclosures, and CSRD compliance, while monitoring European ESG trends and supporting business development activities.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG reporting frameworks and regulatory developments (SFDR, CSRD, GRI, EU Taxonomy).
• Excellent data accuracy and quality control mindset.
• Ability to coordinate inputs from multiple colleagues and clients.
• Organizational and prioritization skills with multi-project handling.
• Autonomous, proactive, and committed to learning in a dynamic team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of the sustainability section of the Annual Report, coordinate inputs, and manage external assurance for GRI indicators.
• Develop tailored sustainability strategies for clients including materiality assessment and roadmaps.
• Develop objectives, targets and improvement programs for clients, including funds/portfolios.
• Prepare sustainability information for shareholders, including ESRS inputs.
• Develop SFDR disclosures at fund and entity level and stay aligned with regulatory changes.
• Manage CSRD double materiality assessment and related disclosures.
• Develop sustainability reports for real estate investment vehicles.
• Monitor ESG trends in Europe and translate into practical recommendations.
• Support business development with pitches, marketing materials, and technical documents.
