The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, over 3 years of experience in application support or system administration, and is proficient in Windows Server and Red Hat Linux. Responsibilities include supporting CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting production incidents, and using scripting languages for automation. The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Application Support or System Administration, ideally in mid/large-scale environments;
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting);
• Solid knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to ensure system health and performance;
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or similar) and integrating automation processes into daily operations;
• Hands‑on experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to automate operational tasks;
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and system integrations;
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently in production environments;
• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement;
• Fluency in French (highly valued);
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Availability to start ASAP and work in Porto (hybrid mode).
