What we’re looking for:

• Experience in configuring systems and broker portals to meet specific client requirements.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including query creation, database manipulation, and the use of reporting tools (Crystal Reports, MS Report Builder).
• Strong analytical skills, with experience translating business requirements into detailed technical documentation, solution proposals, and system flows.
• Ability to identify, design, and implement technical solutions, working closely with developers and end users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and autonomy, including preparing user manuals, delivering user training, planning testing activities, and taking responsibility for deadlines and deliverables.
