Hiscox is seeking a Project Manager to drive medium to large-scale transformation initiatives across IT and business. You will define scope, deliverables and benefits, manage budgets and risks, and champion best practices within the Transformation team.

You will work to ensure changes are embedded through stakeholder engagement, training, and governance while guiding projects from vision through value realization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering complex change with competing priorities.
• Managed multiple concurrent projects of differing scale and scope.
• Practical experience planning and resource scheduling within the project process.
• Strong results orientation in fast-paced environments.
• Influence and communicate with business personnel and management.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medium to large projects or workstreams within a programme/portfolio.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage projects using Change Delivery Framework to meet time, quality and cost.
• Build robust business cases with sponsors and secure approvals.
• Transform objectives into tangible deliverables with measurable benefits.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, issues, actions and decisions with escalation as needed.
• Coordinate change management activities including stakeholder communications and training.
• Ensure governance, methodologies and SDLC practices are followed.
