HRIT People is seeking a Digital Transformation Program Lead to drive a global digital initiative, including a major website replatform and consolidation of multi-site ecosystems. You will coordinate across regions, business units, IT and external partners to shape governance and delivery from inception to execution.

The role requires 10+ years in digital transformation and proven experience managing enterprise-wide website programs, with hands-on Optimizely expertise and strong stakeholder

• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide website replatforming programs.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely (essential) and related digital testing tools.
• Experience managing multi-country digital programs with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of a global digital transformation program including website replatforming and consolidation of fragmented brand/product sites.
• Act as the central point of coordination across regions, business units, IT teams and external agencies/vendors.
• Define and implement program governance, operating model and ways of working from the ground up.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Partner with IT Architecture to ensure scalable, business-driven platform delivery.

HRIT People is hiring a Digital Transformation Program Lead to join a a newly-formed global digital team. This is a high-impact orchestration role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, IT and delivery - leading a major digital transformation program that spans a full corporate website replatform and the consolidation of a fragmented, multi-site digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a global digital transformation program, including corporate website replatforming and consolidation of fragmented brand/product sites
• Act as the central point of coordination across regions, business units, IT teams and external agencies/vendors
• Define and implement program governance, operating model and ways of working from the ground up
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Partner closely with IT Architecture to ensure scalable, business-driven platform delivery
• Manage external vendors and system integrators - scope, performance and cost
• Drive executive-level communication and reporting
• Coordinate change and adoption activities to ensure business readiness across markets

Your Profile

• 10+ years' experience in Digital Transformation / Program Management, ideally within complex, global organizations
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide website replatforming programs
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely (essential)
• Experience managing multi-country digital programs and multiple stakeholders across business and IT
• Comfortable working with external vendors, agencies and system integrators
• Strong communication skills in an international, matrixed environment
• Structured, execution-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
• Confident challenging stakeholders and driving decisions in a fast-moving environment
