Hiscox Underwriting Group Services Ltd Portugal (HUGS PT) seeks a Project Manager to lead medium to large projects across a diverse Transformation portfolio. You will define scope, manage budgets, and align outputs with business readiness and benefits realization.

The role requires experience with Waterfall and Agile, plus strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and governance. Hybrid work is supported with in-office collaboration two days per week.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering medium to large projects across complex programmes.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to build robust business cases and measurable benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead medium to large projects or workstreams within a programme/portfolio.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage budget, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
