Hiscox is seeking a Systems Analyst to design and deliver technology-led solutions that meet business needs. You will work across ideation, requirements gathering, and deployment, collaborating with Product Owners, architects, developers and vendors.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, reducing total cost of ownership and enhancing user experience. The position involves writing technical specifications, guiding non-technical stakeholders, and supporting testing and continuous improvement

Qualificações

• Experience integrating complex software applications and packages.
• Experience designing, documenting, and reviewing API specifications (SOAP/REST).
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the solution technical specification and document requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Develop relationships with business stakeholders and internal/external technical teams.
• Elicit requirements from non-technical stakeholders and simplify for reuse.
• Develop and review solution options with PO, architects, developers, testers, and vendors.
• Act as SME for developers/testers and provide implementation guidance.
• Support testing activities, analyze results, and identify root causes.
• Drive continual improvements to deliver high-quality technical change.
