Signal AI in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of Premium enterprise clients. You will configure the platform to match each client's world, onboard teams, and drive active adoption across solutions.

As the embedded technical partner, you will translate use cases into well-configured dashboards, handle requests, resolve issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

Qualificações

• Experience configuring enterprise platforms with dashboards, reports, and API access.
• Strong understanding of AI/NLP concepts to explain configurations to clients.
• Ability to translate customer use cases into maintainable solutions.
• Proactive problem solving and ownership of client outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimise the Signal platform for clients' dashboards, searches, newsletters, and API enablement.
• Act as the technical contact, resolve issues, and coordinate with Product/Tech teams.
• Manage user access, login, SSO, and 2FA for client teams.
• Build clear dashboards and answer technical questions from buyers and senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and retention across client solutions.
• Deliver training and foster end-user self-sufficiency.
• Support QBRs and renewal conversations with Enterprise Account Manager.
• Document configurations and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
