Signal AI in Lisbon is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join the Business Analytics team, partnering with Engineering, Operations and Product to design and build analytical models for premium clients and internal data users, enabling data-driven decisions.

You will manage data pipelines and quality, develop scalable data models (with and without LLMs), own reporting processes, and create interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Metabase, while collaborating across product and engineering

Qualificações

• Strong SQL and Python skills for relational databases and data pipelines.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and modern orchestration tools.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) for dashboards.
• Knowledge of data modeling and transformation techniques.
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development and maintenance of ETL pipelines and data models (SQL, dbt, Airflow).
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards; lead user engagement with clients and internal users (Power BI, Tableau).
• Transform and optimize large datasets (quantitative and qualitative).
• Own reporting processes with governance and version control for accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze analytics scoring, user behavior, and product performance to identify trends and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ops to provide data-driven insights.
