• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience with high-volume campaigns and niche recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder communication and data reporting skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies with Recruiting and Sourcing leads.
• Deliver a pipeline of candidates to meet business needs.
• Act as SME for sourcing in Europe and coordinate with managers and procurement.
• Proactively source and submit pre-qualified talent with clear SLAs/KPIs.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience and nurture relationships.
• Create reporting and data-driven updates for governance meetings.
• Contribute to Europe Sourcing team initiatives and plans.
• Coach and develop team members.
