Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier management activities. You will manage RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate with suppliers, and drive value across internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ERP experience with SAP, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supplier Management.
• Experience managing RFQ and RFP processes.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Managing end-to-end sourcing activities for goods and services.
• Leading RFQ, RFP and supplier selection processes.
• Conducting supplier negotiations to achieve best value, quality, service, and risk outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting business teams in defining procurement requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluating supplier proposals through commercial, financial, and qualitative assessments.
• Ensuring procurement processes comply with VWGDS policies, governance requirements, and Group standards.
• Supporting contract negotiations with Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and business teams.
• Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes where required.
• Maintaining procurement documentation, sourcing records, and audit-ready files.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and procurement efficiencies.
• Collaborating with Contract Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and operational teams to deliver procurement projects.
