Job summary

Mantu is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to join its international procurement team in Portugal on a VIE contract. You will manage sourcing projects, negotiate with suppliers, and support internal stakeholders across countries while shaping procurement strategies across key categories.

You will lead RFX processes, draft contracts with Legal, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to governance, dashboards, and data-driven savings initiatives.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Experience leading RFX processes and complex supplier negotiations.
• Ability to discuss rates, fee structures, indexation, SLAs, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
• Experience analysing spend data and translating it into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiation activities across categories.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, onboarding, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across countries to understand requirements before events.
• Develop category strategies and roadmaps, track savings and procurement performance.
• Maintain procurement governance, data accuracy, and reporting in the procurement platform.
