Job summary

Vestas in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Project Planning specialist to enhance visibility and reliability of One Plan across the organization. You will connect value-chain areas and stakeholders to enable aligned planning and end-to-end scheduling.

You will champion adoption of place and Flow Agile processes, develop training materials, and support users to maximize value from the platform. This is a hybrid role with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in project, program, portfolio, or integrated planning in a complex org is valuable.
• Understanding of Agile planning and execution methods.
• Experience with digital planning and portfolio tools (SAP PPM, cplace, JIRA).
• Strong customer and partner engagement to translate needs into improvements.
• Ability to coach and enable users on new tools and processes.
• Effective communication and facilitation across organizational levels.
• Capacity to bridge business needs with tool development and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted planning partner for Business Units and stakeholders.
• Coordinate integrated planning across T&O to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Advance place adoption and user enablement with coaching and guidance.
• Shape future place development by capturing user needs and prioritizing improvements.
• Contribute to Flow Agile evolution and integration with planning environment.
• Ensure planning quality, connectivity, and reliable source of information.
• Develop practical training and communication materials to spread best practices.
