Job summary

Vestas is seeking a senior planning professional to join the T&O Project Planning team in Porto. The role focuses on connected planning, visibility, and reliability of One Plan across Vestas, enabling end-to-end planning with Place and digital solutions.

You will collaborate with Business Units and stakeholders to ensure aligned plans, provide coaching and training, and drive adoption of common planning practices. This hybrid position requires up to 20% travel and is based in Porto, Portugal.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in project, program, portfolio, or integrated planning.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted planning partner for Business Units, building relationships and providing direct support to improve planning quality and effectiveness.
• Coordinate integrated planning across T&O, connecting Business Units, product and value-chain areas, PMOs, Project Excellence, Digital Solutions, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility across plans.
• Advance Place adoption and user enablement, engaging, motivating, coaching, and supporting users to improve planning capabilities.
• Shape the next waves of Place development by staying close to Business Units, translating needs into clear requirements, and prioritizing improvements that deliver business value.
• Contribute to the evolution of Flow Agile methodologies and processes, ensuring integration with the T&O planning environment, tools, and ways of working.
• Ensure planning quality, connectivity, and reliability, supporting teams in maintaining up-to-date plans and identifying cross-organizational dependencies.
