Hitachi Rail Portugal , S.A. located in Paço de Arcos, Portugal, seeks a skilled PMO Planner to support project managers in planning, monitoring, and control across the project lifecycle.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, and prepare dashboards and reports to drive informed decisions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or PM with at least 3 years in PMO roles, and is fluent in English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Project Planning or Project Coordination roles.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Experience in railway, transportation, infrastructure or large-scale engineering projects is advantageous.
• IPMA Certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers in the planning, monitoring and control of project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and baseline plans using project management tools.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare project performance reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support project forecasting activities, including workload planning, resource allocation and schedule updates.
• Monitor project KPIs and contribute to project performance improvement initiatives.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of project invoicing and contractual milestones.
• Coordinate project data collection and ensure consistency of project reporting information.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity management activities.
• Support governance activities, project reviews and management meetings.
