Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact AI and strategic initiatives within Patient & Site Centric Solutions. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable outcomes across stakeholders and geographies.

The role requires strong PMO experience, governance, risk management and the ability to influence without direct authority in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive project/program management experience in CRO/pharma or life sciences.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
• Strong governance, planning and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategic initiatives across PSCS and site businesses.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success metrics.
• Build governance structures and manage multi-workstream programs.
• Communicate risks, decisions and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
