IQVIA Biotech is recruiting an experienced CPM/Sr CPM to join our respected, well established team.

You must have a minimum of 4 years regional/global CPM experience with a strong background in Oncology trials and be capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. IQVIA Biotech emphasizes collaboration, agile structure, and deep therapeutic expertise across all phases.

Qualificações

Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
5 years of prior relevant experience including >1 year project management experience.
Advanced knowledge of job area with experience.
Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and applicable regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).

Responsabilidades

Accountable for execution of clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
Set objectives of the core project team and assess performance.
Participate in bid defense presentations and lead smaller regional studies.
Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
Collaborate with other functional groups to achieve milestones and manage study issues.
Monitor progress and report to stakeholders; manage risks and contingencies.
Ensure project quality and implement corrective actions; may be primary contact with customers.
Lead cross-functional team efforts to deliver project milestones and revenue.
