UBQ.io is seeking an organized Project & Billing Operations Manager to oversee client engagements from scope to final billing. You will bridge client communication, project delivery, and financial operations—scoping budgets, handling proposals, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing, and safeguarding project profitability.

The role requires 3–5+ years in related fields, strong budgeting and time-tracking experience, and excellent client-facing communication.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in project management, operations management, or client account management within professional services/agency/consulting/technical services.
• Proven experience creating project budgets, tracking billable hours, and managing burn rates/profit margins.
• Hands-on experience with time-tracking and invoicing software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with high-value client relationships.
• Strong team coordination and accountability for process adherence.
• Analytical capability to spot financial variances, resolve client concerns, and streamline workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for clients from scope discussions through project completion.
• Gather requirements and create estimates and proposals (SOW).
• Set timelines, deliverables, and budget caps with clients before kickoff.
• Provide regular status updates to ensure alignment with goals.
• Oversee team time-tracking; verify hours against project codes.
• Review and approve timesheets; ensure accurate logging of work.
