WPP Enterprise Solutions in Porto seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead delivery of high‑quality, complex programmes on budget and on time. You will work with the Account Director, manage multiple teams, assess risks, and ensure governance and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.

The role focuses on ecommerce migrations, multi‑vendor engagements, and shaping delivery in a global marketing tech environment. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years’ experience in Agile environments and programme delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex ecommerce migrations and re-platforms.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across the programme and multiple teams.
• Analyse risks, produce management reports, and maintain satisfaction standards.
• Develop and implement governance, plans, and dependency tracking.
• Manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships for the account.
• Collaborate with clients to align vision with programme execution.
