VML in Portugal is seeking a Programme Manager with extensive experience leading complex, multi-workstream programmes including ecommerce migrations. You’ll collaborate with the Account Director to meet budget, timeframes, and business benefits.

You will build governance, manage risks, dependencies and vendors while guiding multiple project managers. A strong Agile background and stakeholder diplomacy are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing multiple teams across different workstreams
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle & release management
• Proven track record in ecommerce migration/re-platform
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and diplomacy
• Experience with multi-vendor management
• Experience managing people and budgets in an ecommerce environment
• Experience overseeing third parties
• Agile, Scrum and Kanban experience
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for delivery across the programme
• Analyse, evaluate, and mitigate programme risks with reports for management
• Maintain standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Create and implement ways of working at the start of the programme
• Track and manage dependencies between projects and workstreams
• Ensure programme goals are reached and update workstreams
• Provide guidance to project managers across accounts
• Maintain a resource plan and track end dates with functional leads
• Track resource requests and fulfillment
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
• Define and implement programme governance with the client
• Manage third party vendors on behalf of the client
