WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a seasoned Programme Manager to lead complex, ecommerce migration projects with multiple teams across regions. You will align with Account Directors, manage risks, and ensure governance and reporting to achieve business benefits.

You will drive delivery standards, manage vendor relationships, and coach project managers while fostering strong client partnerships and a results-oriented culture.

Qualificações

• Experience managing multiple teams across different workstreams (min 20 people).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle & release management.
• Proven track record delivering an ecommerce migration/re-platform project.
• Excellent negotiation skills & diplomacy.
• Experience managing people and budgets in an ecommerce environment.
• Experience overseeing 3rd parties.
• Minimum 3 years in an Agile environment; moving from Waterfall to Agile.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
• Effective leadership of other project managers.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Commercial awareness; contract negotiations advantageous.
• 6+ years of Software Application Development project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• BA/BS degree in a related area is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across the programme and ensure on-budget, on-time outcomes.
• Analyse risks and produce programme reports for stakeholders.
• Establish and implement programme governance and ways of working.
• Track dependencies and maintain programme level plans.
• Develop resource plans and manage allocations across projects.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Guide project managers within and outside the account.
• Monitor and adapt to changes in project scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and third parties as needed.
