Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior PMO Lead in Portugal to ensure business continuity for HR transformation programs within the central organization. You will orchestrate governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement across enterprise‑wide initiatives.

You will develop consolidated program documents, drive change management, and report progress to leadership to ensure on‑time delivery and budget compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management
• Extensive experience in program management, with a significant portion in a PMO leadership capacity
• Proven track record of large-scale, complex business transformation programs, preferably within an HR or corporate function context
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Strong skills in project and program management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on forecasting

Responsabilidades

• Establish and operate governance for the HR transformation portfolio, defining standards, processes, and templates
• Oversee program-level budgeting, forecasting, and resource management to align with strategic plans and targets
• Implement and manage risk and dependency management across related projects
• Develop and maintain consolidated program documentation, including master schedules, charters, and status reports for leadership review
• Develop and execute a strategic communication plan to keep stakeholders, including senior leadership, informed of progress, risks, and outcomes
• Act as the central point of contact for the HR transformation program, facilitating steering committees and governance meetings
• Monitor and report on program performance against KPIs, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
• Champion and support change management activities for adoption of new HR processes and systems
