Hn Services in Portugal seeks an experienced PMO leader to drive governance and cross‑program reporting across international initiatives. You will consolidate KPIs, dashboards and executive materials for senior stakeholders.

Collaborating with Program PMOs, project managers and vendors, you will support budget planning, risk management and tooling adoption, while pushing process improvements including automation and AI.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of PMO governance and reporting experience.
• Experience in governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working in complex, international environments.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong understanding of PMO tools and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive PMO governance and cross‑program operations.
• Coordinate risks, issues, dependencies and PMO activities.
• Consolidate KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Prepare decision-ready materials for senior leadership.
• Implement and improve PMO frameworks, templates and tools.
• Support budget planning, tracking and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation and AI initiatives.
• Ensure alignment and coordination across multiple programs and stakeholders.
