Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a PMO to join a leading energy company in Portugal. The role focuses on project governance, risk management and stakeholder coordination, with a hybrid work model.

You will design and monitor project plans, manage resources and tools, and deliver regular progress reports while ensuring objectives are met and deviations are addressed promptly. English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as PMO or PM.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• Bachelor Degree in IT, Business, Management or Finance.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence or others).

Responsabilidades

• Support in the design of the development of the project according to the defined objectives, the necessary resources, the potential risks, the fixed deadlines and the assigned budget.
• Monitoring and follow-up of the actions that are executed.
• Periodic reports on the progress of the project
• Stakeholder Management
• Management of the necessary tools and resources for the project
• Risk analysis: identification and proactive resolution of risks
• Ensure goals are achieved and make recommendations when detecting eventual deviations.
