Solvay is seeking a PAM Service Owner in Portugal (Lisbon area) to manage and improve the Privileged Access Management service, including password vaulting, session monitoring, and secrets management. You will ensure least-privilege access and compliance across the enterprise.

You'll collaborate with architects, engineers and stakeholders to design, evolve PAM architecture and processes, maintain service delivery, and promote best practices with strong ownership and proactive mindset.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of IT security experience with a focus on Privileged Access Management.
• Proven experience operating PAM services in complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant education degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for PAM service issues and coordinate incidents and changes.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to evolve PAM architecture and processes.
• Contribute to PAM roadmap and support implementation projects.
• Promote PAM best practices and security standards across the organization.
• Define and continuously improve PAM processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate activities with partners, operations teams, and customers for service delivery.
