Solvay is seeking a PAM Service Owner within its Identity and Access Management team in Portugal. You will manage, operate, and continuously improve the PAM service, covering privileged account management, password vaulting, session monitoring, and secrets management.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers to design, evolve, and maintain the PAM service architecture and processes, while driving the PAM roadmap and ensuring security and compliance across the organization.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of IT security experience with PAM.
• Proven experience operating PAM services in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management and IAM fundamentals.

Mansioni

• Act as primary contact for PAM service issues and coordinate incidents and changes.
• Collaborate with architects to design and maintain PAM architecture and integrations.
• Contribute to PAM roadmap, support projects, and manage capacity and demand.
• Promote PAM best practices and security standards across the org.
• Document and improve PAM processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with partners, operations teams, and customers for service delivery.
