Blanky is looking for a performance marketing leader to own the creative strategy for Meta ads across multiple markets, managing a €1M+ annual budget with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue.

You will translate insights into high-converting ad angles, collaborate with content and creative teams, and continually test and iterate. Fluent English is required; Portuguese is a plus. Based in Setúbal, Portugal.

• Experience in performance marketing, paid social or creative strategy.
• Ability to turn data and psychology into ad concepts.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and own creative strategy for Meta ads across multiple markets.
• Turn business insights into strong ad concepts and angles.
• Write and shape high-converting ad angles, hooks and scripts.
• Collaborate with content, UGC and creative teams to test ads at scale.
• Analyze results, identify patterns and iterate relentlessly.
• Help define creative systems, testing frameworks and learning loops.
• Act as a right hand in marketing and contribute to broader strategic decisions.
• Take responsibility for performance across a €1M+ annual ad spend.
