Autodoc Group is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to enhance our marketing team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across various EU markets while collaborating with creative teams to produce impactful content.

The ideal candidate has a proven record of scaling budgets profitably, exceptional analytical skills, and a solid understanding of creative performance. This role includes competitive salaries and a range of benefits aimed at promoting professional and personal well-being.

Qualificações

• Track record of scaling Meta Ads budgets profitably.
• Deep understanding of creative-led performance.
• Experience with attribution challenges and incrementality testing.
• Proactive and detail-oriented problem-solver.
• Comfortable slicing data and identifying root causes.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher; Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
