Ace Of Performance, a Lisbon-based performance marketing agency, is seeking a Meta Ads Campaign Manager to join our team. You will design and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network to generate quality leads and growth for multiple products.

You'll partner with clients, translate data into actionable strategies, and bring creative thinking and AI-assisted tools to the campaign process.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Management, or Economics.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Meta Pixel.
• Analytical mind and results-driven.

The Role:

We're searching for a passionate Meta Ads Campaign Manager who loves the challenge of creating and fine-tuning online campaigns that actually work. You'll be working across different markets, using Meta's paid media ecosystem to bring in new leads and users for a variety of products. If you enjoy mixing strategy with creativity and living inside Meta Ads Manager all day, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network

Diving into Meta Ads Manager reports and analytics to uncover what's working (and what could work better)

Collaborating with clients to map out winning Meta strategies and set goals that matter

Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to everything we do

Job requirements

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or something similar

At least one year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, or Advantage+ campaigns)

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Meta Pixel is a big plus

An analytical mind and a drive to deliver results

Curiosity about marketing and digital advertising

Excellent Excel skills are a big plus

Someone who's creative, energetic, and comfortable with AI tools

Great communication skills and a "let's make it happen" attitude
