AUTODOC, a European e-commerce leader in the automotive aftermarket, seeks a Meta Ads Specialist to drive performance across EU markets from its Portugal hub. You will own campaigns, collaborate with creative teams, and implement rigorous testing to improve efficiency and return on ad spend.

Qualificações

• Proven track record of scaling Meta Ads budgets profitably.
• Strong understanding of creative-led performance and testing.
• Experience with attribution challenges, incrementality testing, and LTV modelling; able to configure tracking and explain data variances across Meta, MMP, and dashboards.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; Russian or Ukrainian would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Funnel Management: Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple EU markets.
• Creative Directing: Brief and collaborate with the creative team/creators to produce content that converts.
• Testing Roadmap: Design and execute a rigorous testing framework for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Ensure smooth operation of the channel: own tracking, data health, account hygiene.
• Owning the Numbers: Take full accountability for KPIs, reallocating budget to capture growth and reduce inefficiency.
