Responsabilidades

• Fulfill urgent procurement needs, securing best value and quality while ensuring compliance and responsiveness.
• Monitor and act to achieve Turnaround Time from procurement representative to purchase order (PR analysis, RFQ preparation, review offers).
• Monitor and take actions to generate savings by comparing price to baseline.
• Design and approve Spot Buy process according to guidelines and strategies set by category managers / country buyers.
• Define and continuously optimize the Spot Buy Process and report savings and SLAs to management.
