SymphonyAI Retail is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to drive the execution of short-, mid-, and long-term initiatives across sales, pre-sales, marketing and customer success.

With 8+ years in program management and strong analytical skills, you will build dashboards, define KPIs, and deliver value through structured, data-driven decision making. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and accountability within a cutting-edge AI Retail environment.

• Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills; able to build metrics dashboards and models.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to remove blockers, drive accountability, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide analytical support and build business cases for new projects and investments.
• Act as a thought partner and execution arm for the GM to ensure focus on top priorities.
