Job summary

HN Services Portugal is seeking a Business Management Officer to support an international Risk Solutions team across governance and transformation. You will strengthen the operating model through clear analysis, structured reporting and effective coordination of strategic initiatives.

Requirements include a degree in a related field, experience in banking/consulting/FP&A, advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting, plus strong PowerPoint skills for clear presentations. Based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualifications

Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Experience in banking, consulting, FP&A, operational excellence, process improvement, project management or similar.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI for reporting and visualisation.
Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create clear, well-structured presentations.

Responsibilities

Monitor headcount plans and support the team’s cross-shoring strategy.
Link skills assessments to resource planning and identify capability gaps.
Track progress, savings and budget information in coordination with relevant teams.
Build and improve dashboards and analyses, including on infrastructure costs.
Prepare governance presentations and coordinate committee materials.
Support transformation projects, status reporting and SharePoint organisation.
Work with colleagues across the wider Risk Solutions team.
