HN Services Portugal is seeking a Finance Strategy & Transformation Analyst to join an international banking environment. You will support strategic finance initiatives, governance and PMO activities across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate with Finance and Business teams, prepare management reports and contribute to process improvements. The role requires a finance-related degree and about 2 years of professional experience in consulting, banking or transformation projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, banking or transformation projects.
• Experience supporting strategic projects, PMO activities or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and business environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery and coordination of strategic finance and transformation projects.
• Contribute to project governance and PMO activities, including milestones, actions and risks.
• Prepare and consolidate management reporting and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Finance and Business teams to collect and analyse data.
• Monitor project KPIs, deliverables, timelines and action plans.
• Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and governance materials.
