ITDS in Lisbon offers a hybrid opportunity with remote work for up to three days per week. We are seeking a smart, dynamic Business Manager to lead and grow our Business Consulting Unit, maintain client relationships, and drive strategic projects for diverse clients in IT outsourcing.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in account/business development, a Master’s in IT-related studies, and a consultative mindset.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of experience in account and/or business development (IT outsourcing).
• It recruitment background is a strong asset.
• Master’s Degree in IT-related studies preferred.
• Experience translating client feedback into internal improvements.
• Consultative mindset to match client needs with IT profiles and solutions.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious with proactive, results-driven approach.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop relationships with clients/partners.
• Manage and expand your business consulting unit with new projects and clients.
• Ensure that your unit has adequate resources (consultants) to complete projects.
• Support the recruitment process of your new unit members.
• Assess your unit performance against objectives and report to the Sales Director.
• Follow client problems, provide advisory and recommendations.
